Objectified | Gary Hustwit
In today’s lecture with Anna Powell, we watched the film Objectified by Gary Hustwit. The film is a feature length documentary about our complex relationship with manufactured objects and the people who design them. It looks at the creativity behind manufacture and designers who reexamine and evaluate on a daily basis. It is about personal expression, identity, consumerism and sustainability.
I found the film interesting, however I feel as though it would be ideal for product designers and theorists- if this is you I highly recommend purchasing the film.
Thanks for reading!
